Phoenixville has awoken from its winter slumber and the streets are alive with people and lots of things to do! Doesn’t that warm sun feel fantastic when it hits you? I can actually feel it. So get those Spring Fever Hats on and get searching for your home! April 30th is not a long time away and its time to get that tax credit and beat that deadline. You truly should be under contract by the 3rd week in April to allow time for inspections as if there is a problem that doesn’t leave you time to find another home and you will miss your deadline. So wake up everyone! Phoenixville is the place to be!!
