For everyone that has been waiting to purchase a home NOW is the time!  Rates are at an all time low...in the 4% range!  They won't get lower than that.  In fact we feel the rates will begin to rise again soon.  Homes on sale are ON Sale!  The prices are great and you have the opportunity to get in at the "bottom" and have equity in your home once the market returns!  It will return and although no one can pin point when it seems we have reached the bottom and should be on our way back up.
