Great Time To Purchase...Rates are in the 4% Range!

The market has been a bit busier this week.  It seems the buyers have awaken from their sleep and have begun searching for their new homes!  There has not been a better time in the past few years to do so.  Interest rates continue to be in the 4-5% range and the home prices are great!  It is definitely time to take advantage of this buyer's market as history will tell us it will swing right back into a Seller's Market probably as quickly as it moved from a Seller's to a Buyer's market.  Don't be left out.  If you are waiting for the bottom I believe we are now seeing it.  Rates will not continue to be historically low and the prices of homes will begin to climb especially in the Phoenixville area which never fully peaked even during the Seller's Market we experienced.
