Where Do We Go From Here?

There is more than enough negative information available regarding the Real Estate Market.  I prefer to look at the positive side of Real Estate and there are positive sides.  It seems that the Phoenixville market is stabilizing at this time.  The market values are holding steady and the buyers are peeping out from wherever they have been.  Calls are coming in to us about listings and buyers are much more interested in purchasing then they have been in the past few months.

Buyers need to move and realize that this is perhaps the bottom of the market.  The market values will increase and the interest rates will increase.  Now is the time to find your home and make it your own.  It is more affordable to own a home then it has been in past years.
