Wow what a significant difference one week can make in the Real Estate Market. With frigid weather upon us the heat of the Real Estate Market can be felt. Homes going under contract, new listings coming onto the market and the buyers are coming out in a continuous flow! Perhaps the looming deadline for the tax credit of April 30, 2010 or the low interest rates have something to do with the flurry of activity. Whatever the reason it is clear that this area is moving into a Spring Market in February. Perhaps the worst is truly behind us!
