Condo vs. Homeowners Association
Many times these two types of associations are confused. A condo association is one that covers all exterior building maintenance such as the roof, siding, sidewalks, decks, etc. as well as the trash, snow removal, lawn care, common area maintenance and sometimes even the water and sewer. A homeowner’s association does not cover exterior building maintenance and usually does cover lawn care, common area maintenance, trash and snow removal.
If you are looking for a carefree way of life without the weekend work involved in owning a home where these services are not offered townhome and/or condo living may be for you! Look at the different associations, decide which items you want covered, and take a look at this type of living. They all vary so do your homework.

thanks!
Jennifer, Are all of your HOAs similar? In Delaware, I find that each and every community is different. Some do cover lawn care and others do not. Very few include trash but all include some type of common area maintenance. Do you have single family home communities that are part of a condo association? We have a few of those as well.
I think there is something which makes Phoenix a nice place to stay
I guess Phoenix Winter Grass & Summer Lawn Care Arizona is a great option to stay
