I like your paragraph above about why to buy in Phoenixville. I have lived here for over 24 years and have experienced the towns growth. I love this town, Valley Forge Park and all the dog and hiking areas available to us. I have made the decision to move out of state, but want to have someone who loves this area as much as I do to be the lucky buyer of my home. What more can I tell potential buyers to interest them in my 46 year old home? How does one think out of the box to attract the right person who will fall in love with my home the minute they walk in as I did 25 years age. The very second I walked in the front door - I felt like I had come home. In todays' market we have to do more than just sit and wait for a buyer and I am open for any suggestions you have to create interest and love for a place along the river!

Thank you,

Miriam Hughes
